An integrally ribbed expanded metal lath used for external rendering in sheltered/moderate exposure away from the coast.
Expanded Metal Lath has stiffening V ribs providing strength for its tensile force. Stiffened by longitudinal ribs, gives a uniform coat depth for large areas. Provides an excellent plaster base. It's ideal for providing a high degree key of mechanical bonding with plaster or render. Widely used as a background for plaster, render, stucco application in construction of sussuspended ceilings partition.

(1) Rib Lath provides an excellent plaster base for ceiling applications
(2) 3/8” Rib Lath and scratch coat with brown coat.

(4) Refer to ASTM C1063 for support spacing, lath selection, fastener selection and further information regarding the proper installation of metal lath.
(5) ASTM and most codes require hot dipped galvanized lath for all exterior applications.
(6) AMICO recommends the use of zinc or vinyl beads for all exterior applications.
